ReplyDeleteAs I get a little older I absolutely love watching my family grow from young kiddies into young adults. With thoughts that in the next few years my family will grow with their partners joining in with our own family traditions. Christmas is a time for family to come together and enjoy each others company and I LOVE THIS xxx

ReplyDeleteAs a single Mum for most of my kids life, I wasn't going to let them miss out on traditions.
We still carry them on now but a bit harder with extra kids that know nothing of surprises. Very sad.
I do remember with a laugh, how my daughter wouldn't have her santa sack in her room as she didn't want Santa coming in :) Fair enough:)
I already follow you on Facebook and love it! :) I just love EVERYTHING about Christmas but guess the best thing is families who are far flung always try to get home for Christmas. You're so generous!

ReplyDeleteHi! My favorite thing about Christmas is being able to join a choir of hundreds to sing Handel's Hallelujah Chorus. There is an "open" sing that every one can attend. Of course, not all of the singers can hit all of the notes all of the time (including me) but everything just blends together & it is wonderful.
ReplyDeleteI love everything about Christmas, the food, the friends, the family! Happy birthday for the 22nd!
ReplyDeleteI love Chrismas because it lightens up the dark time of the year (I live in Norway). I can lighten up my house with lights and candles and cuddle up infront of the fireplace eating gingerbread cookies and spiced wine :)
ReplyDeleteHi Deb, what I love most about Christmas (there is really a long, long list)is having my family all together. With a big family is is had to get everyone in the same place (or even the same country!) so I love it when we can all be together and this usually happens at Christmas.
