A lovely engagement

Last weekend my gorgeous daughter had her engagement party. The setting was gorgeous but the rain was not. We had 3 marquees, fairy lights, white tablecloths, candles, roses and white frames with various pics of the happy couple. The atmosphere was great and I can't wait to till the wedding in June next year! Congratulations Tarÿn and Scott!!!!

Each night I have been madly doing my ripple quilt and I'm halfway now. I haven't done any hand sewing which is not like me at all, think the arrival of the Cosy quilt, Chunky bag patterns and wool from Attic 24 has something to do with it, I'm keen to get this one finished.
Previously I had been sooo far ahead with my Natures Journey SAL that now I'm working on the current month....sigh...that didn't last long lol
